Siliguri is West Bengal’s third-largest city after Kolkata and Asansol. The city is located on the bank of the Mahananda River at the Foothills of the Himalayas. Siliguri spans the area of Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri in the state of West Bengal. Siliguri is famous for Tea, Timber and tourism.
