The former is a deep-fried spring roll almost found in every restaurant and the latter is made out of rice paper. Both are served with spicy peanut sauce. Current situation.

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha announced that the country will be reopening sometime in the middle of October for the tourist. He future adds, “Tourists who have completed their vaccination should be able to travel to Thailand without any quarantine or restrictions that would cause inconvenience. And “As for Thais who travel overseas, if they have completed their vaccination already, they should be able to return to their country without any quarantine as well,”
