Every movie has an important pair of characters that are essential to the story line. You must have seen many Hero vs villain movies wherein the end hero wins everyoneā€™s heart but have you ever seen Hero vs Hero, a hero-villain duo is very essential to the movies but if we talk about hero vs hero then movies becomes more interesting. John vs Emraan their fight in the movie looks fierce which takes the movie to a different level. Mumbai Saga is inspired by true events when Mumbai was Bombay. Sanjay Gupta who is an Indian filmmaker, producer, screenwriter, and also known for casting Sanjay Dutt and John Abraham now came up with another action movie where once again he fantasizes about don and guns in the movie.

In the Movie, john Abraham and Emraan Hashmi both are equally matched both are smart, intelligent and their minds work in a way that is beyond us mere mortals. The story starts from once when Amartya’s younger sibling Arjun was attacked by the goons of Gaitonde then after that Amartya takes the whole matter into his hand and eventually becomes a ruthless gangster. Then he has taken by Bhau (Mahesh Manjrekar) under his supervision to rule Mumbai as he wants. Amid all this chaos, Amartya kills a businessman (Samir Soni) and as to take revenge his wife offers rupees 10 crore to the policeman who kills john’s character thus the interval scene Markā€™s Emraan Hashmi entry into the film and both are giving head to head competition to each other.

Talking about performances, Action films are a comfortable space for john he is perfect while playing a ruthless gangster character but seems low during emotional scenes. John through this film channelizes what he successfully did in Shootout at Wadala. Whereas Emraan who is extensively in the second half of the film aces his role as a tough encounter specialist he delivers every line with his charismatic expressions and killer eyes and the one actor who constantly develops laughter was one and only Amole Gupte every scene he featured in represented why people love ā€˜the art of delivering dialogue’ in commercial cinema.
If you are searching for entertainment and action movies then Mumbai Saga is one best options to watch. But there is nothing different in the movie old fashion swag and dialogues will remind you of ā€˜Once upon a time in Mumbaiā€™. The movie doesnā€™t create any difference from the mafia and gangster-related movies that you have already seen.
