Charminar Express gets LHB, coach composition to change

There is happy news for the passengers on the railway front. Travellers travelling from Chennai Central to Hyderabad will be able to travel in greater comfort, thanks to Railways.

Train No 12759/12760 Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central – Hyderabad – Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Charminar Express will be converted to LHB coaches.

The service of Train No 2759 Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central – Hyderabad Charminar Express will be operated with LHB coaches from 5 November.

The service of Train No. 12760 Hyderabad – Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Charminar Express will be operated with LHB coaches from 4 November. Taking the changes into consideration, coach composition of Charminar Express will undergo a change.

The existing coach composition is one AC first class coach, four AC 2-tier coaches, two AC-3 tier coaches, 12 sleeper class coaches, three general second class coaches and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches and the new composition will be one AC first class coach, three AC 2-tier coaches, four AC-3 tier coaches, 10 sleeper class coaches, two general second class coaches and two luggage cum brake van coaches.
