Rotary Club of Chennai Coastal distributed 300 pots for providing water for stray animals and birds

Rotary Club of Chennai Coastal, recently distributed more than 300 pots for providing water for strayed animals and birds in the streets of Chennai, in this scorching summer. The club also donated a big number of pots to the  Chennai based MSPCA, a non-profit organization that protects animals, relieves as well as lessen their sufferings, advances their health and welfare, through Dr. Chokkalingam.

The pots will be placed outside apartments  along T. Nagar, Veppery, Kilpauk, Anna Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Mylapore and Adyar and residents had been requested to put and maintain the pots every day with drinking water. They also requested the residents to keep them on their terraces and balconies for easy access.. 

This is one of the dream project of Rtn.Darampal Pandia, President, Rotary Club of Chennai Coastal and the project was  implemented through the community service director Rtn Raj Sekar and other members of the club. On this occasion, Rtn.Darampal Pandia, President, Rotary Club of Chennai Coastal thanked all the members of the club for their entire support for the success of this noble project. They had been doing this project for a year now and plans to continue this project every summer from March to July.
